Banksia seminuda is a tree in the Proteaceae family native to Australia. It can reach heights of 4 to 20 metres and widths of 4 to 10 metres. It grows quickly, ours having been planted in 2000. It flowers in autumn and winter. It tolerates acid, neutral or alkaline soils, but must grow in poor, well-drained soil and tolerates dry conditions well once established. It can grow in moderately moist but always draining soil. Its foliage is evergreen.
