Description
Protea ‘Pink Ice’ is a hybrid between Protea compacta and Protea susannae (for Proteaceae hybrids-IPCR-December 2016 or Proteaceae register 2002) or Protea neriifolia and Protea susannae (other websites), created by P. Matthews in Australia. It began to be distributed in 1984. It easily reaches 2 meters in height and the same width in good growing conditions. Flowering takes place from late winter to spring, but can be remontant at other times of the year, depending on the weather.
