Following government announcements on April 1, and it wasn’t an April fool’s joke (too bad…!), we were able to organize the “Printemps au jardin” plant fair, which had been scheduled for Sunday April 4, a day ahead of schedule. At the same time, the garden was able to welcome around a hundred children for the egg hunt organized on the same day. It was a wonderful day! Unfortunately, the lockdown has begun. We’re still open, but we’re having to adjust our opening times: from Monday April 12 to Sunday May 2 (for the time being), the garden will be open every day from 11am to 4pm.
To limit the risk of contagion, our reception procedures remain the same as those in place since the start of the health crisis, and are as follows:
- No pre-booking required
- Reminder of barrier gestures
- Ground markings from the garden entrance to the reception area to ensure social distancing.
- Hydro-alcoholic gel available at reception before any transaction
- Personnel must wear masks and gloves
- Semi-open reception window for extra protection (disinfected several times a day)
- CB payment, preferably contactless (no minimum amount)
- Disinfection of the CB remote control after each transaction
- Daily disinfection of all objects in potential contact with visitors
In this particular context, a visit to the garden is an opportunity to get away from it all and travel around the world without taking a plane! Despite the situation, we look forward to welcoming many of you for the 2021 season.
