Es handelt sich um eine Kreuzung aus Protea compacta, wobei der andere Elternteil laut \"Proteaceae hybrids IPCR-2016\" unbekannt ist. Auf der Website \"Dave's Garden\" wird jedoch eine Hybridisierung zwischen P. compacta und P. neriifolia angegeben. In diesem Fall w\u00e4re es die gleiche Verwandtschaft wie P. 'Carnival', die 1982 gez\u00fcchtet wurde. Die Pflanze wird ca. 1,50 m bis 2 m hoch und breitet sich bei uns 4-5 m aus. Die Bl\u00fctezeit ist im Winter und im Fr\u00fchjahr, aber sie kann auch zu anderen Zeiten remontieren.
